H.O.W.I. is a Non-for-Profit ministry, dedicated to networking worship leaders throughout the world. By using relationship contacts through ministry, the internet, and all types of media, we are establishing a network of worship leaders who have a common interest in worshiping God, and helping others in this area. We are committed to providing bibles, instruments, and sound related equipment to Christian ministries in need in the United States and in other countries. Of course, this can only happen, as we have the contacts, funding, and equipment available; so we will seek donations and grants from all available sources.
Materials are constantly being developed including teachings and manuals on the subject of worship, and contemporary Christian praise and worship music. All materials and music made available by Heart of a Worshipper International are available for a donation to the ministry. Suggested donation amounts per item are listed on our website and informational materials.
Christian Ministries requesting assistance from H.O.W.I. must be in real verifiable need. H.O.W.I. must be able to send a representative to verify the need, or have an established relationship contact through someone that the directors of H.O.W.I. know and trust verify the need. This is necessary because we have seen people running a scam by requesting assistance and sound equipment under the disguise of being a Christian ministry. After they receive equipment, they sell it to make money. This is dishonest, deceitful, and will not be tolerated or supported by H.O.W.I. We will report these scams to the authorities as we discover them. The ministries we have helped, use the equipment to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and make Christian disciples. They use the equipment for years and use it so much, that they wear it out! These are the types of ministries that H.O.W.I. wants to help in the United States, and in foreign countries as reliable relationships are established.
Our desire is also to teach Christians interested in learning to sing, play musical instruments, and operate sound related equipment, and to use contemporary worship music in the teaching process. Instrument, voice, and equipment training is available for the following:
We believe that it is our mandate to share the gospel of Jesus Christ, and teach the body of Christ in all aspects of living a lifestyle of worship! |
